Conference Invitation | Distolife invites you to join us for "Membrane Trafficking: From Molecular Mechanisms to Therapeutic Applications"
From October 25–27,2026, the IAS Focused Program — Membrane Trafficking: From Molecular Mechanisms to Therapeutic Application will be held at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. This conference will bring together researchers worldwide in the field of membrane trafficking to engage in in-depth academic exchanges on key topics, including regulation of vesicular transport, functional characterization of membrane proteins, and translational research on disease targets.
Distolife will set up a dedicated exchange booth at this conference to engage with fellow professionals regarding high-performance membrane protein detergents and CRO solutions for membrane protein structure determination. We cordially invite you to visit our booth for academic exchange and collaborative discussions.
Meeting Information

- Date: October 25–27, 2026
- Location: Tsuen Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong | Lee Shau Kee Campus of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology · Lo Ka Chung Building (Hong Kong Jockey Club Institute of Advanced Studies, IAS)
- Location: Lo Ka Chung Building
- On-site team coordination: Self-Developed cost-effective LMNG, optimization of detergent systems, one-stop research services for membrane proteins, and strategic consultation on cryo-electron microscopy and crystal structure projects.
Content
- High-performance membrane protein detergent product line: Our proprietary LMNG detergent offers high purity and low background noise, making it ideal for the extraction, stabilization, and sample preparation of membrane proteins—particularly those that are difficult to express—such as GPCRs and ion channels. We also provide a range of other detergents, including CHS and GDN, to meet diverse membrane protein research needs across various experimental scenarios.
- Membrane Protein Research Services: Providing end-to-end technical support—from vector construction, protein expression and purification, detergent screening and optimization, and sample quality control—to cryo-preparation, data acquisition, and structural determination—enabling the acquisition of high-resolution structures of complex membrane protein targets.
- Customized membrane protein sample development solution: Providing technical consulting services—including detergent selection and evaluation, stability optimization, and optimization of sample preparation conditions—for target proteins such as membrane transport-related functional proteins and transporters.
